Comes with everything shown (Engine, cars, track, transformer, original box, etc. I don't see the instruction booklet, sorry--please see pics.) Everything else looks pretty good, but I assume it needs the normal minor maintenance (clean the wheels and the track so they make good contact, etc.--nothing too major.)
