Author Biography Mario C. Cuomo is the former Governor of New York. His most recent book is Why Lincoln Matters: Now More Than Ever.Harold Holzer is Roger Hertog Fellow at the New-York Historical Society and one of the nations leading authorities on Lincoln and the political culture of the Civil War era.
