It is in working condition (last two listing photos show the monitor powered on and connected to my laptop). There is a screen protector over the screen and there will be a couple of bubbles in it (one has a hair underneath the bubble). The stand/cover has some light signs of use and small spots, but is in good condition. The monitor is also in very good cosmetic condition with very little signs of wear and/or use. No cables are included.
