The cards were given out in packs exclusively at the 2004 San Diego Comic Con. There were 12 common cards to the set. A 13th card was a super rare card that granted you access to the world premiere of the film (and no, I sure didn't get that one.)The cards can be purchased as a set of 12 or as single cards.
