Description: Hello. You are looking at a pre-owned Lemax Harvest Crossing Christmas Village WELCOME HOME 2005 Lighted House. The house comes in its box with the light cord, styrofoam and paper inserts. The house shows some wear but overall in good pre-owned condition. The tree was starting to uproot and has been secured with a little super glue. There appears to have been a broken branch that's been reglued. One corner of the roof is bent down and looks like it was broken, but it doesn't look reglued and is solid in place. I'm not sure if this may have been an imperfection. A little paint wearing off the bottom edge. Box shows some wear. Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home. Please see all photos for what you will receive since they are part of the description.
