Description: Here is one used Leitz Leica M3 Single Stroke camera with original "C" seal and 50 mm "Dual Range" Summicron f2 lens and other accessories. Camera made in Canada, and lens made in Germany. All for the Leica M system. Cosmetically, set is very clean with only minor signs of use, wear and age. Please note chipped vulcanite on the back door and in a couple places alongside the baseplate. Mechanically, camera is operational but not accurate. Film advance lever is tight. Shutter dial turns fine but is missing the little black centerpiece. Curtains look good. Focus and aperture rings turn smoothly. No oil on the blades. Leica-Meter MC is not working. Optically, lens shows haze. SDPOO ocular attachment has not been tested, but glass appears generally clean. Camera viewfinder seems a little dim. Item has not been film-tested and is being sold "As Is". No returns will be accepted. Auction includes Leica-Meter MC, ever ready case, lens cap, SDPOO case, IROOA shade w/ box, silver Leitz e39 UVa filter (13131A) and interesting documentation.
