The set was purchased new by the seller in 1996, is 100% complete and in excellent used condition, which means that there is minimal overall wear on the set’s pieces. Includes the original Lego decal sheet for the set, which allows the buyer to place the decals on the constructed set. Also includes the original Lego building instruction book for the set, which is in excellent, like new, condition. The set provides for the construction of a railroad crossing with railroad tracks and barrier arms, a covered passenger platform with chairs and public telephone and a control room that is built above the passenger platform. The crossing’s barrier arms can be manually raised and lowered. The translucent light blue panels that cover the passenger platform are hinge mounted, which enables them to be adjusted to any desired angle. The chair in the control room can be rotated a full 360 degrees. Since the set is built on a straight road plate with train tracks in place, it is easy to incorporate the railroad crossing into a Lego town layout and to incorporate the crossing into any track layout that comes with compatible Lego 9V train sets. The set was built and then disassembled by the seller to ensure completeness. There are no extra pieces included with the set. The set is shipped disassembled.
