Description: Lee Family Paperwork, Letters, Military, Maps, Silver City Mine, & MoreThis is an interesting lot of paperwork that I acquired with the purchase of a local estate.The estate belonged to a Richard Lee. Through research with this paperwork I was able to determine he is a very great grandson of Richard Lee, who signed the declaration of Independence and was brother to Robert E Lee. Included in this paperwork there are maps, letters, military paperwork & more.There are some items dated 1980s, 1960s, 1940s, 1930s, 1915, 1913.There is a very old map with hand writing "Stationed" on the bottom and cities circled.Lester Lee grew up in Silver City where his family had some involvement with a silver mine.This is just a very interesting group of stuff that is one of a kind. I'm sure if you are interested you will have more questions and I am happy to do my best to answer any of them.
