The blade of this knife is forged by Ukrainian craftsmen from incredibly strong steel (high speed steel) and holds an exceptionally sharp, razor-sharp edge. The handle of the leather cutting leg is formed from brass, fumed oak and covered with linseed oil. The blade width is 35 mm (1.38 in). This knife, if necessary, is trimmed on a plate with leather on which a polishing paste is applied.It is strictly forbidden to sharpen the knife with a bar.
