Description: Varda Diena postcard to Riga with Sc 103 machine cancelled Riga 14.II.23 and with a Riga 2 receiving cancel. Postage stamps were switched from Rubels to Santimi in August 1922. The old Rubel stamps were still valid with the Santimi value figured at twice the Rubel denomination. This is a late use of a Rubel stamp.
