Description: This watercolor painting shows two stems of flowers in bloom. I'm not sure, maybe zinnias, carnations or dahlias. Signed and dated "EB Aug 11th /90". The paper and artwork are free from any damage that I can detect. The visible dimensions of the artwork are 4 3/5" x 8 1/8". The artwork is bordered by a gilded edging which is surrounded by a cream colored matting of silk or linen (not sure which). All this is displayed under museum quality conservation glass and framed in a gilded frame. Matting and backing are acids-free. The exterior of the frame measures 11" x 14". The frame is about ten years old. I had the framing done at one of America's leading framing studios. Beautifully presented.
