Description: A large original rendering of the Maryland Heights, Missouri (suburban St. Louis) Dave and Buster's location. This is signed "Rice Associates" at the lower right, an area illustration and design firm that specialized in work for property developers, architects, etc... I suspect this was a pre-construction concept piece done sometime around 1997. It has not been examined outside of the frame, but the work is in airbrush, likely on some sort of art board (as this sort of thing usually is). It has been professionally framed. The frame measures about 28" x 36" and aside from a few light scuffs to the black metal, it is in fine condition. Local delivery or pickup is the preferred option here. It is not an impossibility to ship this, but framing glass often does not survive intact no matter how well packaged.
