The carp rising up the rapids is vigorously depicted as a gateway to success, as it transforms into a dragon. Clouds and carp are colored gold on a navy blue base for a modern finish. The deep purple of the weight is an accent. It is long and narrow, measuring 10 cm (width) x 170 cm (length). Its slim width allows it to be displayed anywhere. It can be displayed alone on a pillar, in the living room, at the entrance, or combined with several pieces to make a curtain. Each piece is dyed by hand using traditional techniques such as kizome (tie-dyeing), katazome (stencil dyeing), and hand-painting according to the pattern.
