The rest of the articles were compiled by prominent scholars of the 1920s and 30s: Vasyl Bazylevych, Petro Kurinnyi, Vsevolod Zummer, Mykhailo Rudynskyi, Oleksa Novytskyi, Mykola Makarenko, Yevheniia Spaska, and others. The preface to the current edition is written by the famous Ukrainian historian Serhiy Bilokon. The publication restores the face of Kyiv, which has not yet suffered architectural losses from the ideological influences of the Soviet totalitarian system.The publication comes with a map of Kyiv from 1930 (compiled by P.
