The tree design is copyright-protected by KTS. SIZE: This saddle tree was sculpted on a 1:9 Model (Toy) Horse Scale Breyer Lady Phase, but the master was made a bit larger than true 1:9 Traditional Breyer Scale. In the moldmaking/production process, shrinkage of approx. 5% occurred, making the final outcome somewhere between 1:9 and 1:8 scale. This tree would be ideal for larger Breyer Traditional models, Peter Stone models, many resins, etc. In real life, Native American ladies made the saddles without a pattern, so each one would be unique and a slightly different size.
