Gold gilt edge rim and “vine” design. High glaze finish. Hallmarked with a faint blue scepter on underside of base (photo). The octagonal (8-sided) shape. Measures approximately 6 1/4” diameter across, 1 1/2” height. Clean. VERY GOOD, preowned, used condition. No chips, cracks, breaks, hairlines or restorations that I can see.
