This is a used cutting torch, I've run it on 120V power when I was a millwright, it hasn't been used in 20 years. I took the power unit out of the box and tested it, it runs forward and reverse like it should. When I purchased the unit, the power cord and transformer were taped as shown in the picture, I haven't removed the tape to see if there is damage underneath, I just ran it. They are what they are. I THINK all the parts from a new unit are in the box, the parts shown always did whatever I needed to do, that's what I received when I bought the torch. The unlabeled torch tip in the box is a #3 If this sells, I'll ship it the most cost effective way possible.
