I've Received An Item I Did Not Purchase. We are really sorry about this. Please send us a message and we will put it right immediately. My Item Was Damaged/Faulty. What Do I Do? Once again, we are terribly sorry to hear this. Please message us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If we have more of the product in stock, we will send you out a replacement. However sometimes this will not be the case so we will offer you a full refund. In some cases, we will ask you to return the item to us. This can be done via an eBay returns case, in which you will be provided with a pre-paid returns label. When Will I Receive My Refund? It will differ dependant on why you are receiving a refund. If your item was faulty and we do not require you to return the item to us, your refund will be processed immediately. If you're returning your item because you no longer require it, your refund will not be processed until the item has reached our warehouse and we are satisfied with its condition.
