The Rochester NY hub, Atlanta, GA hub are a mess. Thats my area. So, for packages your best bet may be to choose FEDEX. I will be adding that to the shipping options. FEDEX does discount shipping rates, but it doesn't show on your end, but I can tell you what the discount would be and pass that on to you.
