Overall Length: 21 ft. 10 in. Detractors: This is a 13 year old trailer and some minor things are to be expected. I'd rather you know about them prior to investing your time in something you may not want. Minor cosmetic blemishes exist, as is expected. The tongue jack does work, but only in manual mode. A new circuit board is just over $100 from any reputable service center. The internal radio/stereo is inoperative. Most modern users do not use a system like this, but use bluetooth speakers. It is likely an easy fix.The awning has never been used. I am selling it as "non-existent," to reflect that I don't know what condition it would be if you were to deploy it. If it works, then that is a bonus for you. If not, then you are no worse off than before. Since it has never been used, I can't have it deployed until after the trailer sells, because I don't know if it will stow. There is a picture of the front-left corner that has slightly separated. It does not affect the trailer in a meaningful way, and could easily be repaired. I wanted you to know about this prior to investing the time to look at it. This is part of an estate sale. Our dad used it for travel to and from Arizona and Eastern Washington without any problems. The overall condition is both clean and good, but further investigation of the various systems and condition is the responsibility of the buyer. Best wishes and I hope this is what you are looking for.
