Description: This is the prototype model for a set of Jay and Silent Bob Bookends, in the style of the short-lived Clerks animated series. I got them directly from Kevin Smith in 2001. It was broken (and had been repaired), at the weakest point (Silent Bob's ankle) when he personally gave it to me at his shop in New Jersey. I'm happy to explain the circumstances to the buyer. The actual retail release of this set has the words "limited edition" and the character's name printed on the base. Since this was the prototype, they have none of that printing. Instead, they have "paint B" written on the bottom of the base. I never had a box, since Kevin Smith had them on a shelf. There is some wear to the paint, as seen in the photos. The bookends measure 7.25 x 6 x 4.25" and are made of painted plastic resin. They will be packed as well as I can for shipping, but be aware that it was broken in the past, and if it's going to break, it'll be at Silent Bob's ankles.
