The TOP VIEW shows the sealed cool top where heat is not expelled and will stay cool, slightly warm to touch during operation. This is perfect for children and pets safety as well as forcing the heat to expel out the front of the heater. I color matched the paint to touch up some of the top surface chips and scratches that is normal wear from use. On the right side is the trap door, that opens up to allow the removable tank to be inserted. When inserted, the valve of the tanks cap will allow fuel to enter into the bottom tank through the filter as the center post pushes the caps release button. The fuel level indicator on the tank is shown through the window on the front of the heater. The SIDE VIEW shows the manufacturers information labels in place. Also on each side is the carrying handles that allow you to carry this heater from room to room. There is no need to take the heater outside for refueling because of the convenient removable tank can be removed and fueled while the heater stays in place. This is very convenient and a plus over the heaters that require to be taken outside. The BACK VIEW shows the bottom area is where 2 "D" batteries (not included) are installed to operate the push button electronic igniter located in the front of the heater. This rubber gasket is designed to keep kerosene secure inside the tank to prevent any leakage outside. This part is 100% perfect!! Except for yearly wick change which is a snap with this heater because this heater take a wick with pins and installs easily in minutes and the pins align the wick perfect for height adjustment. . This part is very important to have in excellent shape because the center post of this filter releases the fuel from the removable tank through the cap's recessed valve that, when inserted into the filter, will release the fuel to fill the bottom tank to supply the wick. The bottom drip tray is designed to seat under the heater and held in place with the 5 small screws, which are easily removed if you need to clean or repaint the tray. The tray is just slightly larger than the heaters base tank to catch any spilled kerosene, and as a stable base for the heater. Check out the pictures carefully and you will see some minor scratches on the tray from normal use. The scratches are not bad or I would have repainted this part, like I do with other heaters, but this was not bad enough for that. I am mainly concerned that this bottom tray is in perfect shape and strong to last a long time!! Very easy to remove the 5 small tank screws to release the bottom tray for painting if ever desired. Pictures 17-19 Pictured is an Awesome Appearing Heat Chamber that is in perfect condition that was dismantled and thoroughly cleaned!! Completely cleaned inside and out. All air port holes are clean and free flowing for proper combustion and air flow. This part requires a complete and thorough cleaning to prevent old kerosene odors and smoke from ruining your home. Never buy a used kerosene heater that hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in the heat mantle or fuel tank. BOTH are necessary to prevent problems for the new owner. NOTICE that I am showing the inside of the heat chambers mantle because this is where you will find the contamination that will make your heater smell and smoke. Very important that this is completely clean!! Other sellers only show you the nice shinny top! Not Me...It's the inside that counts! THIS PART MUST BE 100% CLEAN OF ALL CONTAMINATION TO PREVENT ODORS AND SMOKE! I make sure my heaters are perfect when customers receive them. It is very important to have a clean burning and efficient kerosene heater. Old, unseen, contamination builds up over years and need to be removed. I do this to every heater. Simply push in the gray button on the front of the heater (Right side of the wick adjuster knob), and your igniter will light your wick. Igniter operates off of 2 "D" size batteries (not included). Very easy heater to operate....raise the wick and push the button to light....SIMPLE!! This heater has the new technology *3 STEP WICK ADJUSTER WITH WICK LIFE EXTENDER which allows the wick to clean itself when the wick is all the way up during the dry burn process. This wick adjuster has 3 setting for controlling wick height.
