This SourceMeter is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/scratches/residues from prior use here-and-there, all over. The display panel has some minor funkiness in the texture, but it doesnt affect viewing the display in-use. One of the nuts by the GPIB port is missing. Please NOTE: this unit came to us with a Calibration Rejection/Repair Needed label from Keysights calibration laboratory, indicating the current measurements on Channel A and B both will not adjust into specification. Notes: This sourcemeter is in PARTIAL working condition. Channel B seems to have forgotten how to deliver more than 3A output current, and Channel A doesnt know how to measure voltage properly (or something) at low voltage/high output. We found Channel A and B will both give about 39.9V at 1A on our 40Ω test resistor. With a 2Ω resistor, Channel A only gave 5.78V when it was indicating 6V output, and 2.88A. Channel B refused to give over 1A, even though it was set for 3A. Also, the display is dim, with some segments less bright than others. The buttons and knob all respond to user inputs appropriately. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
