Junghans B1925 Wall Clock

Description: This is a charming wall clock from Junghans, renowned German clock maker, founded 1861. This would bring a touch of elegance to any room. Made after June 1925, hence the B25 stamp on the back. Along with the Junghans mark gives it a great heritage. See photos. It has recently been sympathetically restored. The glass has been cleaned and the cabinet treated with restoring oil. Giving it a whole new lease of life! The oil wells have been cleaned and refreshed with correct clock oil. It keeps good time for its age. And comes with original pendulum and key. The cabinet has a few knocks, mainly around the embellishment area, at the top of the cabinet. The wood has split slightly in the past. I have glued the split and made good! Again, see photos. Sadly, thewooden embellishment has been lost. But this just adds to the charm! Also, the pendulum has a couple of pin marks. Nothing to write home about. The clock is nearly a hundred years old! A new pull cord has been added, so you can hear the strikes if needed! It strikes on the hour and half hour. The dimensions are: Height 76cm Width 30cm Depth 14cm Weighs 6.5 kilos approx. I've taken 24 photos for your perusal.
