Overall, the softcover pamphlet is in Fair+ Condition. The softcover boards are thin and they have wear, discoloration, wrinkles and stains. There are nicks, tears and scuffs along the edges and the corners are creased and torn. Contains 4 engravings on steel that would look great framed! There is no title page because this is a continuation series of Pamphlets No's 1 through 12, sold separately. The writing in this pamphlet starts with Page 49 - the previous pamphlet ended on Page 48. There is wear, foxing and browning to the pages. Nicks and creases around the edges of the paper. Some of the foxing does affect the engravings. Includes Keaton Hall, Cheshire, Wood End, Yorkshire, and Sprotburgh, Yorkshire. The tissue guards have heavy foxing and some are ripped from the pamphlet. The pamphlet has a musty odor. Some other dings here and there.
