This was removed from a 14hp Kohler K321 but will fit 10 through 16 hp Kohler K series models K301, K321, and K341 on many other brands which used the later Kohler K series engines with straight up dipsticks. Dipstick tube assembly presses into the top of block. Assembly was last available new from JD for $70+ but is now listed as NLA.
