I don't see any major issues. The cane and fingers on the hands look good, I always check the ornate details first. The most noticeable wear is on the top of her hat. This item has barley been used. I forgot to take photos of the packaging, its the original packaging, I believe this was actually from QVC, its brown box, large, with huge foam inserts that are the shape of the witch. In sum, while this is lightly used, looks great in the photos, don't expect it to be like new, its used. This particular item has become very hard to find, in short, its rare. That's why the price is high. It's still like any other mass produced Jim Shore item, it looks awesome, but it was made in China, so its not an actual stone or wood statue. Please only buy this if you can afford it. I know its really cool and hard to find, even for myself its very difficult not to keep this piece, but if you're stretching to buy it, i'm sure you can find something else for halloween for a lot less money. This is packed and ready to ship. In addition to the the original packaging, i've added 1/4 inch sheets of foam in various locations.
