Statue stands about 6 inches tall. Presumed to be new in box, and undisplayed. The styrofoam and the tape that were used with packaging the statue both show light wear. I see no signs that the statue was ever taken out of its packaging, though. The outer box shows very light wear, with a small patch of the finish torn away from the upper lid.
