Description: Jerusalem Interim Locals Maps JL18 Registered Jerusalem 18-0841 [see 3] with 25 mils, 10 mils and 5 mils sent to Tel Aviv. The Jerusalem special postmarks were used on 16 May 1948 only, with English, and also the Hebrew inscription doar yerushalayim. The Tel Aviv arrival postmark is 21 June 1948 which indicates the second convoy. This item is from the disposal of a large collection over the coming weeks and months, which covers important aspects of a Middle East study focussed on various important events. Many of these investment items are unique and hard to find which were sourced over a lengthy period of time and were especially selected to represent these events and issues.
