Within Canada, there are two shipping options with and without tracking (please choose the one that suits your needs). All single CD's are shipped in padded mailers to keep costs as low as possible. All broken plastic jewel cases are replaced prior to shipping. Occasionally they do get cracked as a result of the postal system and this has no bearing on the condition of the CD or inserts. I cannot be responsible for broken jewel cases after they have left my hands. Shipping is generally 1 to 2 weeks within Canada; 2 weeks to the USA and 3 weeks worldwide. Please allow an extra week for delivery before emailing me as parcels can be delayed by individual countries Customs procedures.
