The Dress has a shift over a white lining. The lining continues past the hem of the shift for a 5 in ruffle-hem. The measurements of the dress (laid flat) are:Neckline to bottom of over shift: 28 1/2"Bottom of over-shift to bottom of ruffle-hem: 4"Bust (measured on under-shift at bottom of darts): 18 1/2 inchesWaist: 18 inchesHips: 19" The over-shift is looser and is approximately a 1/2 larger. The dress appears to be a true 8 and the dress falls a little over the knees. Sometimes photos don't accurate reflect the colors. The colors are vibrant. I would say the red is a little towards the orange side of red, but definitely a red. The flowers are a buttercup yellow, peach and red like the background. The leaves are various shades of light green and grey/green. The dress label is not legible. The fabric appears to be a polyester. The size is an 8. The dress is in very good condition. There are no stains, pulls or runs.
