He previously served as president of the Association for Business Communication, a global organization of business communication scholars and instructors. Professor Cardon received his bachelors degree from Brigham Young University, masters degrees from the University of Georgia and Utah State University, and doctoral degrees from the University of Southern California and Utah State University. He is an active member of Rotary International, a global service organization committed to promoting peace, fighting disease, providing educational opportunities, and growing local economies.
