Description: The reason why our current Feedback Rating is not 100%:If this ad has words merged together, I’m not sure how to fix that. I have corrected it multiple times and the eBay description section keeps merging words and then lets me know I have typos- in red. When I list it, it reverts to the merged words. We’ve always had a 100% rating until two recent negative reviews changed that. The first was for a delay in shipping due to a family emergency. I apologized and offered to make it right. The buyer wanted to change his feedback after we talked, but it had been too long to do it (over 30 days). The second negative was over packaging and damage to a tweeter on a speaker. That buyer never contacted us. We reached out to them and offered to make a claim on theinsurance and give him a partial refund or full refund if he wanted to return it. That buyer again did not respond. The speaker was well packaged and had no damage when it was shipped. We typically over wrap items, especially anything fragile.
