Item has 2 holes by the hinge so that you can attach it to your butcher table. The knob on top will adjust the thickness of your burger, however it seems very hard to turn. Original label is on underside with the "Intedge" info. Bottom plate and top measure 4 5/8" in diameter and entire unit measures 7 3/4" across and stands 3" from surface. Thanks for looking!
