Description: This listing is for a used Year 2008 Ibanez ART 300 guitar, which features a textured suface on the top called Caiman that feels sort of like alligator skin. The finish color is a Brown burst. This model of guitar was only produced in Years 2008 to 2011. This particular guitar is in Very Good condition, in 100% working order, and no apparent fret wear on first few frets - see photos. There are lite scratches, scuffs, and dings on various sides of the guitar. There is one small set of lite scratches on the top of the guitar to the right of the neck pickup and one small chip on the top above & to the left of the bridge pup that has already been filled - see pics. Recent set-up done on the guitar including fresh strings. This guitar weighs in just under 7 lbs, so very liteweight. ART series key specs are: - a singlecut body shape - Mahogany body with black binding - Mahogany neck w binding - 22 medium frets - set-neck design -rosewood fretboard w 12" radius - Nut width: 43 mm - a tummycut in the backside, for added comfort - a 24.75" scale - a Gibraltar III bridge that features saddles with a smooth top surface, so no sharp surfaces to cut into your picking hand when performing palm-muting unlike many other bridge-pieces on Stop-Tail type bridges. - a pair of Ibanez "LoZ" active humbucker pickups that are powered by two AA batteries.
