If it plays clear on my screen, I consider it like new if it is clear and kind of muffled, it very good if the tracking needs adjusting any in the movie its good I will not sale acceptable movies. DVD Purchasers: the condition like new is no swirls on the disk. Very good is buffing swirls. Good is light scratches. I will not sell acceptable disks. VIDEO GAMES I cannot test them. I look for disk condition to determine usefulness.
