Reinforcements to left top and bottom corners. Sewn on stars are nice vintage touch! There are spots with "moth bites," some stains and other like conditions as shown by the item photographs commensurate with an item of this age. Please review all photos as they serve as part of the item description. The fabric has an "antique" odor to it, but not musty / moldy. I'm basically saying that it doesn't smell like your favorite fabric softener, but also, doesn't present with a specific negative smell. If you've ever smelled antique books, you know what I'm referring to here. :-) This item was steamed for photographs but has not been laundered. There are some excellent products on the market for antique and vintage cloth, but you will have to investigate those at your discretion. This flag comes from a smoke-free home!
