PHILLIPS FISH & SEAFOOD MARKET For sale is my fourth kit offering. This is an HO scale mixed-media craftsman kit modeled after a real building in Glens Falls, N.Y. The business is a fictitious business named after a late friend.This building has a footprint of 7-3/4" x 3-1/2"x 5" tall.It consists of laser cut walls, styrene doors and windows, laser cut shingles, real copper roofing, a 3-D printed resin chimney, and an assortment of scale lumber for trim.It also includes instructions for producing the ghost sign on the side of the building.I consider this to be an advanced level kit simply because of the moderately tricky roofline.I manufacture this kit right here in New York State with my own two hands so if you have any questions about it, please feel free to ask.The photos are of my display model constructed and painted while I wrote the instructions, you will receive a brand new, unpainted and unbuilt kit.The only photoshopping utilized in the photos was for the purpose of removing all of the background so that customers will understand exactly what the kit will build into.
