Pad thickness has been measured to match stock pads (3 different thicknesses) and professionally and cut out to fit. The pads are labeled to let you know which pad is which. Pictures in the listing indicate where each pad goes. Please note that the thermal paste on the GPU die needs to be replaced if you replace the thermal pads (it is recommended to use a lot of paste for 5700 XT). Thermal paste is not included in this listing and should be purchased separetely. If your core temps are high after servicing, most likely your spring tension screws need replacing or nylon washers should be used to increase mounting pressure.
