The laptop does have a battery but doesn't hold much charge. The charger is included with the laptop but is not the original. The laptop does have some scuffs and scratches do usage. The top screen is in great condition. The only item is the stickiness from the original rubber placed around the edge of the screen. Everything else the laptop is in a great condition.
