It has original style RL's. The car is mint in the original blister pack which is the standard size and has not been taken out of the protector package it came with except for pictures. The car is a special edition and comes in a custom blister pack with Hot Wheels logo & Neo-Classics Series on the front. The car is part of a limited edition of 11,000 and this is #9,691.
