Description: This is a used Hoover Decade upright vacuum with an ergo-metric handle. It only uses 7.0 amps. It adjusts from bare floor to thick carpet. This is a lighter vacuum compared to others. It has a new belt and a new light bulb. To change the light, take a butter knife or thin screwdriver and pop up the light cover where you see the two tiny tabs. To change the belt, look at the last picture and you will see a screwdriver. This is to mark the spot where you pry out on the dark blue plastic. There is another tab on the other side. Most of the time you pop off a piece on the bottom to get to the shaft on the motor. On this machine you lift off the top cover of the machine where you see all the writing and you will expose the motor shaft. The vacuum comes with a spare belt and a spare bulb. They both come from Walmart and the bulb is in the automotive section. It comes with an upholstery brush and a crevice tool. Free shipping is for the contiguous states. Please no post office boxes.
