This note is circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, areas of foreign substance); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed (upper left corner area missing) - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks/tears (multiple smaller tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
