Description: Lovely Vintage Honeywell Nikor 16 oz Stainless Steel developing tank with two 35mm SS reels. This tank will also accomodate a single 120 reel (not included). Nikor stainless tanks were always considered the premium brand and became the industry standard in the 1960's. Nikor products were made in West Springfield, MA and distributed first by Burleigh Brooks and then by Honeywell, who started branding them Honeywell Nikor, in 1966 until US production was shut down in the early 1970's and moved to Japan. This tank, not marked W. Springfield, is likely Japanese made but still way ahead in quality compared to other Japanese brands of the era and anything from China. Fun fact; Honeywell at one time or another through the 1960's and 70's distributed Pentax, Rollei and produced the Strobonar line of potato masher flashes. NOTE: The tank is Nikor, the reels are unbranded, likely Japanese and are of good quality.Ships via USPS Ground Advantage.
