I believe these were issued monthly between 2000 and 2003. Barbie doll is NOT included; you are purchasing one set at a time, including book and outfit. All are new and never opened, in original packaging. Collect them all and have quite a library as well as a designer wardrobe! This listing features a set for Holland, complete with elegant gown, long gloves, tiara and necklace. This set was one of the first and the packaging is slightly larger with pictures on the back showing some of the other country costumes as well. VERY pretty.
