Description: I purchased these shoes new last year. I was not able to try them on until after the return date due to an injury. I have tried them on twice but they don't fit which is a surprise since these are the size Hokas I wear. I purchased them from a reputable store as well. So considering I only put my foot in them and stood up, I would call these new. They don't have the cardboard inserts. I would also put this out that they are maybe thinner the the size D, but I have had swelling to my foot since my ankle injury.
