There are some slight scratches, but there is almost no noticeable damage and it looks relatively clean. The truss rod works well and there is enough room to adjust both the forward and backward curvature correction directions.The neck curvature has been adjusted with the rod, but when the bass string side is adjusted to be straight, the treble string side is slightly bowed forward. This is somewhat covered by the settings, but depending on your playing style, you may feel some buzzing.There is a slight reduction in the frets, but there is still enough left that it does not interfere with playing.
