These are a size SMALL, and made of a neoprene and nylon blend, thick material. They have the stocking foot ( so there is no boot on it ). These are preowned, and in good condition as far as I can see. The only thing I see is tiny lint on the surface, as well as some crinkling from folding the neoprene. The straps are adjustable so you can have a perfect fit, and I see extra neoprene padding in the knee area so if you are kneeling over it should provide some comfort. Overall these waders look to be in good condition, with only the things mentioned above. I do believe they could be hand washed, and line dry, which might release some of the crinkles.
