Description: HIROBO "Shuttle" R/C Helicopter "Longer than first Generation" Tail Boom, Part # 0402-074 (this is NOT for the first version of the shuttle). They are the standard length replacements for the X, XX, ZXX, NS, Challenge, etc. Again, the 074 booms have been gone for a long time. Better bite the bullet, and get them while You can... This Tail Boom can be used on many other brands and styles of R/C Helicopters... May need a little trimming for other Brands or Styles... Any Vintage Helicopter that needs a replacement Tail Boom. I have finally come to the realization that I need to start thinning out some of My collectible inventories. First, some History... Many Years ago, several importers of the Hirobo Radio Control Model Helicopter brand would buy specific parts in "Bulk" quantities (Head Components, Tail Gear Box and Tail Rotor parts, etc.). They would then "Package" the pieces with their own labels (Gorham Model Products (GMP) comes to mind) and assign their own specific part numbers to the pieces. Enough about "The Good Ole' Days"..... This Tail Boom is NOT one of those items. This is a Genuine Hirobo sourced Replacement part and is in the original Hirobo Packaging! These are hard to box for shipping (and expensive too), because the box is over 24 inches long... You destroyed the boom once, and You should buy a spare for the future! So, if You have a Vintage Shuttle (2nd Generation) in the garage, and have been looking for a "Replacement Tail Boom" (they always tend to get "whacked" (another one of those words I never thought I would use) from the Main Rotor Blades in a crash... So here is Your chance to get Your Heli back out and burn some more fuel!
