The book has a noticeable spine cock (shown in the last photo). As well, there is a stain on the toe of the bottom page edges (pictured). Otherwise, the pages are mark free and are actually clean. The fore page edges have a rough deckle cut, and they are free of soiling and foxing. The book has no unpleasant odor. All pages are intact and are in good condition. As is customary with most library books, the dust jacket of this copy is now encased within a mylar cover and this is affixed to each the front and rear boards. This is obviously just a reading copy.
